Detailed Guide to the Singapore Electronic Arrival Card

I recently went to Singapore to visit a friend, and since I wanted to share this with others, I created this guide. Friends who need to go to Singapore soon can refer to it!

After the reopening of the borders between Malaysia and Singapore, as long as you have completed your vaccinations, you can enter Singapore without quarantine. The electronic white card will also upload your vaccination proof, which can speed up the immigration officer's processing time. The electronic card needs to be filled out 3 days before entry.

Application Steps

  1. Download the myICA app, or you can apply through the website https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard/. I used the app for my application.
  1. Go to SG Arrival Card
  1. Tutorial: First, create a profile, then choose individual or group application, and finally obtain the DE (disembarkation/embarkation) number for login.
  1. Click the + sign in the bottom right corner to create a profile.
  1. Add profile
  1. Select foreigner
  1. Fill in your information; you can scan your passport, and the information will be filled in automatically.
  1. Scan the barcode at the bottom of the passport
  1. Fill in your place of birth and IC number
  1. Fill in your contact information
  1. Profile creation is complete; next, click on the SG Arrival Card in the menu below.
  1. Click the + in the bottom right corner and select new individual submission.
  1. Select your profile
  1. Choose your entry and exit times
  1. Select your mode of transport for entry
  1. Enter your accommodation address in Singapore
  1. Select the city you were in before entering and the city you will be in after exiting
  1. Fill in the declaration
  1. Indicate whether you have been vaccinated and upload your vaccination proof. Since I was not vaccinated in Malaysia and do not have the mysejatera QR code, I uploaded a screenshot of the electronic vaccination proof issued by the country where I was vaccinated.
  1. Declaration: Finally, submit and wait patiently.
  1. Application successful!
  1. Wait for an email; if everything is fine, you can go to Singapore with peace of mind.

Others

When going through customs, the staff asked me to open my mysejatera 3-dose proof, and I passed through smoothly. I hope this helps friends who are going to Singapore!
